where is it nicer? in north or south carolina?
I would like to move to carolina where mountains and ocean are. What is nicer north or south? And where is the real estate more expensive?

North is nice in my point of view, I know not about real estate by the area is the beautiful in NC.

Im from SC, so of course SC is nicer, haha.. It is I think more than NC. NC is more business, but also has the mountains and beaches..but SC has so much history and nice old buildings but also the nice beaches and mountains and the real estate in SC is less than NC.

North for sure. There are both beautiful mountains and pretty beaches. Also, beach front property in NC is VERY affordable in comparison with beach front locations in FL.
