I won the bid then the next day I got an email saying we’re writing to let you know that the listing for the following item you bid on has been removed: We strongly recommend that you do not complete this purchase, I haven’t been charged yet but it was authorized, the buyer has been removed, with the Item… Will I get charged buy paypal if ebay stopped the process?

dont pay for it, and leave negative feedback for the seller. just say "won item but seller decided to break contract and remove item, do not buy from seller"

If you get charged by PayPal, you just write them on their website and let them know what happened.
