We always go to Batangas during summer and December every year. Kabayan Resort and Laiya Coco Grove both offer a beach and swimming pool for kids and adults. Kabayan is too crowded though during summer while Laiya Coco Grove looks too big and too quiet during December.

Both has a canteen/cafeteria if you want to have snacks, but you can also rent the rooms with full board meals included.

If you wish to save more bucks, you can try Sabangan Resort. You could rent for the bungalows (w/kitchen) and cook your own meals without worrying about the corkage (im not sure though if there's a limit). Less people come here, you can bond with your family without bothering other guests, the only problem is the resort doesn't have a pool.

    Enjoy your vacation! =)

Does it really need to have a swimming pool? I've been to La Luz before in Batangas and it was just very beautiful. My boyfriend and I stayed there and there was this big family in one of the rooms there (maybe it's their reunion, too!) & they seemed to be enjoying their stay like us. Check out their website - www.laluzresort.com

You can also go to Anilao, Batangas (119kms from manila)

Eagle point beach resort. anilao is an old spot, but still beautiful and has one of the best dive spots in the country.

La luz is another great spot (Near san juan, batangas), its a bit farther but worth every kilometer. (145kms from manila)

......Don't you think December is an off season for resorts and swimming? Its the coldest month of the year......lolz......but if you really insist, I suggest you go to Laguna where hot springs are present wherein you can still swim even there is cold weather.....and you said your bringing kids and infants with you which are not that strong to resist coughs and colds......its only a reminder dear....

no rely if it fairly is purely spending time mutually, then i might propose renting a cottage at any of the inns with swimming pools close to MM. That way you spend greater time mutually quite than traveling. in case you have a vehicle, have your nutrition catered. (Packed nutrition) Her in demand of direction. Have a great time!
