why do people use the bible to judge others when in john 8:7....?

If someone is using the Bible to justify judging someone else, thier heart is not in the right place. As humans, we will always assume things about other people, but it is not our place to judge, it's God's authority. Noone is without sin, and therefore it would be more helpful to look within ourselves and ponder what we can inprove than to look at others and point out flaws.

Your right kind of right. We as Christians are not to judge the world because they are of the world. But we can judge one another righteously. ( Proverbs 31:9) Basically if you are a christian then you can only judge other Christians and even then it must be righteous judging. If your going around just judging everybody and everything then you MUST NOT be a christian but a phony.

People will always judge since this is human nature. Humans may need an excuse to judge a person so they use the bible. Some people are like that like when I see someone, say steal, I say that is not allowed in the bible. Its human inperfection.

Are they judging or are they informing? If your readin someone scripture, how can you be judging? Aren't you merely reading God's word? If the person feels judged, maybe the are feeling convicted of something and that would be the work of the Holy Spirit, not the person reading the Bible.
