Any assistance for an uncontested pro se divorce in Arkansas?
My spouse, who have 2 children, agree to the divorce, that I will have custody of the children, and to keep our possessions that we already have (we've been separated 3 years). We are both broke and wondered if it could be filed pro se, and if it is required for the Chancery Court to administer child support?

you can file for the divorce pro se since you have agreed to the dissolution of assets. amount of support is generally determined by the court based on financials filed by both parties. you may want to contact the legal aid group in your city for better advice related to arkansas.

you can go to the court clerk and get the forms you need or get the online. If you both agree you can submit them to the judge for signature.

If you can't afford one, then some attorneys offer free counseling and free advice on certain days of the week. I would check that out, usually in the yellow pages.
