this is the Peugeot B/A 10-5 it was found in the 505 models with the 2.2L engine if all else fails and your case is still good, the internals can be swapped [note everything is a "tight" press fit and care must be taken on dissassembly and reassembly] i have personally had the factory pulling tools destroy themselves before a gear or bearing would move.

if you wish to go automatic the easiest swap to get you moving is the 904 chrysler 3 spd found in 4.0 YJ's [[earlier may also work but check for crank sensor holes. it will bolt up to both your engine and t case and your shaft splines will all fit . noting that you will probabley will have to alter rear drive shaft length and check the front [this probabley will be ok but check it anyway]

NOTE do not attempt to use 904's from the 2.8 chevy [the bellhousing pattern will not bolt up to your engine] also don't forget to get the kick down linkage from the donar vehicle as well as the flex plate and any spacers etc.

WELL IF YOU CANT FIND A TRANNY LOOK INTO THE CHEVY SWAPOUT THE IS A ADAPTER PLATE THAT ALOWS YOU TO USE A CHEVY TH350 TRANNY IN IT NOW THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF FAB WORK BUT THIS TRANNY IS EVERYWERE SO YOU CAN PICK UP A USED 1 FOR LIKW 125.00 NOW THE ADAPTER PLATE YOU NEED TO LOOK FOR I DONT REMEMBER WERE I SAW.
