Lose weight??
been eating healthily and exercising, but not losing any weight... ? Any ideas :( need to lose half a stone in 2 weeks...
Am 17, been doing it for a month...

Eliminate salt from your diet, drink more water (this jump-starts your metabolism), eat a large breakfast (Don't skip! This also starts your metabolism) lunch, and a smaller dinner before 8pm, eat more fibrous foods such as corn and bran, and try drinking water when you feel hungry for a snack. When you feel "hungry", it's typical to reach for something quick to munch on but most of the time it's just your body telling you it needs more H2O.

hmm rite, not loosing weight!
whats ur age? see there could b many possible reason u r not loosing weight, either ur diet is heavy and u exercise but not appropriatly or for the appropriate body parts. What is it, do u have big belly or theighs or is it overall bulky body.
And there are many ways thru whcih u can achieve optimal body weigh, u dont lose hope u can get what u want but it takes time.
The best thing is review ur diet plan and secndly see the amount of time spend exercising. see until u dont let ur body sweat properly for almost 20-25 mins. u wont burn calories and ultimately u wont lose weight.
And btw wht is healthy food in ur eyes. if u take huge quantity meals try to divide them into 2X - that is take 6 but very light meals a day instead of 3 huge ones at differnt times of the day BUT not immediatly b4 bed time. Try to not to skip breakfast(vry imp) and eat at least 3 Hrs b4 u go2 bed
Then the other thing would be engage urself in proper exercise for a fair time of the day.
Several things can affect your weight loss some of these include:
Family history
The amount of time you engage yourself in exercise
Stress or mental restlessness / emotional eating
Metabolism i.e. how faster you burn your calories
Toxins buildup in your body
Switching numerous diets
Some useful tips for quick weight loss:
Stop drinking soda (soft drinks)
Keep yourself busy
Avoid being attracted to tempting food
Reduce your protein consumption amount
Think of burning calories while exercise rather than tempting food
Do not skip meals and plan your meal plan accordingly; and most importantly
Physical activity – Exercise as advised in the rapid weight loss diet plan

how long have you been doint it. initially the fat will convert to muscles. so you will lose inches and not weight, infact even weigh more. if it has been afew months with no results, speak to an endocrinologist as it could be a hormonal problem
