How much Cardio should I do to lose weight?
I am 5'9" weigh 200lbs, I generally do 20-25minutes of cardio / 30 min weights 5-6 days a week, should I rest more only do 4-5 days or do cardio longer 40-45min

Try bumping it up to at least 30 minutes of cardio, but doing that every day. In addition, make sure you are eating a healthy, balanced diet. Eat foods that are high in protein to compensate or the amount of exercise that you do. Lean meats (like chicken), fish, eggs, nuts, beans, legumes, and lentils are great. Also eat whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole grain pasta), fresh fruits and vegetables, and low-fat dairy products.

It doesn't hurt to do cardio every night. I usually do it about 30-40 minutes. Also put some walking into your exercise or jogging/running! It helps. And get on a healthy diet!
