How do I know that my departure from the U.S. has been recorded after sending my I94W after the fact?
I am a German citizen and I failed to turn in my I-94W when I left the U.S last summer. Later I sent all original documents (e.g. boarding pass etc.) to ACS Inc., 1084 South Laurel Rd., London, Kentucky 40744 USA to prove my timely departure from the U.S..
How can I be sure that I will be able to apply to enter the U.S. again next July without any difficulties?
