No. You don't get free internet. It means it has a built-in wireless network card, which allows you to connect to a wireless modem/router. Then you will have to purchase a contract from an ISP (Internet Service Provider) such as Bigpond, Optus, Dodo, Virgin etc. or go to a PC cafe and connect there.

No, the built in wireless networking will alow you to connect to wireless networks. You will still need an avaible internet connection being transmitted by a wireless router. Many places do however have free open wireless signals such as libraries, university and college campuses (for students) and coffee shops.

No, it means you have a wireless adapter so you don't have to have a physical link to your router or cable modem. If you go to a hotspot or have a wireless router you will be able to access the internet with your laptop.

no, wireless is just a normal laptop.
just without wires, unlike pc's.
