running vs elyptical not getting same workout? any other cardio ideas?
I have bad shin splints, I think I got them over the years from skiing 100+ days a year in my 20's, It's difficult to run for long because of the pain, but I am fine on elyptical only problem I don't feel like I am getting the same workout as running. Any other ideas for cardio?

elliptcal is a good cardio workout, just up the intensity and it will be better than doing cardio on a treadmill

you could unquestionably see outcomes without cardio. i'm 5'5" and weigh 125lbs ( I only had a baby) and that i do my leg will develop and crunches. No cardio and that i see outcomes interior of a few days. Do a team of gadgets of 12 till it hurts. you need to walk instead of run a you will get a better workout
and donot run to hard. but you need to jog slow and than pick up the past
