why are the answers getting scrambled on YA?

Why is Yahoo mixing up the order of answers on YA? Try voting and #3 becomes #7 and it looks as though they are trying to remove the advantage of being first. Does anyone know about this?

    Yes, I think they finally removed the advantage that 1st answers get. Which is good because lots of lazy voters were just picking the 1st answer no matter how bad it was.
