They are "Legal" but they could be against school policy.

first of all you need to brush up on your spelling...where is a not the correct spelling, it is "wear..then after that, start worrying about what to wear, but anything with guns on it at school I would is inappropriate, kids have been killed in school by guns...keep those shoes for playing in...

I think if you explain to the person who has a problem with it the fact that its meaning is one of peace, then if they are reasonable they will allow you to wear it.
