i need a transmission for a 88 jeep cherokee lardo, 5 spd man, can some one help me out?

That's the Mitsubishi transmission I think.Those trannys are notoriously weak. Search the Jeep repair blogs and you'll probably find that the common recommendation is to not to waste your time and money. I have a neighbor who bought an '87 with the 4.0 and 5 speed manual against our advice. The tranny died as we told him it probably would. He has a '93 4.0 high output with the automatic now. Much more reliable rig. Suggest you consider a similar move but don't simply take my word, check the blogs. Good luck whatever you decide.
