Yes, if the postmark date is on or before april 15th this year, it will be considered on time.
If you are running late on getting your taxes in, I would recommend using a private delivery service like UPS or Fed Ex and obtain a receipt by going to a storefront. The IRS will accept this receipt as proof of your "postmark" date if there is ever any disputes.

April 15th! Always the same, except in New England sometimes it's Patriot Day and you get an extra day.
