Does anybody knows is there anything efficient against cockroaches? Every flat in my building is contaminated!
I have heard that there maybe some ultrasound devices which keep them away and are not harmful for humans. I have a three months old baby and I need something harmless but if there is nothing else I'll take anything you have!!! I just want to get rid of them!!!

Yes, those electronic devices really do work.
Here's just one brand. I'm sure there are others, they all do pretty much the same thing. Good luck.

I think you have low self-esteem. There are workbooks that can help you address it or you can go to a therapist. You take disproportionate notice of things you do wrong, so disproportionate that probably no one else even notices those things. But, you've created a cycle that only you can break. By avoiding people you come off as anti-social and they in turn avoid you, and you in turn think they don't like you! So, stop worrying about what other people think. Those people who dislike you, you won't want to know anyhow. And chances are most people either like you or haven't formed an opinion. Try taking some very small steps towards socializing. Go into the kitchen when someone is there and say something safe, "I can't wait for the weekend." Chances are the person you talk to will nod or smile, or maybe with a little will ask you why you can't wait for the weekend. Put a candy dish on your desk, and when someone comes over say, "Take some before I eat them myself!" or some other light remark. But, you have to send out signals that you are receptive to conversation. After all, imagine if were a relatively shy coworker. Would you say hello to you? Or would you ignore you, out of respect for your privacy? If I saw someone who avoided the kitchen when I was there, I'd figure they'd want to be left alone or maybe they didn't want to know me.

You can purchase a container or two of roach poison, but do not spend much money on this matter. The owner is obligated to keep the building in a decent state. Bring it to his attention, and if he is a decent person he'll take the matter into his own hands.
I would first suggest getting a copy of their policy regarding this issue, or maybe the local laws, just in case he refuses to help you. Once your armed with the material and information, then you can go to him with your request.
This part is important:
State your request in writing! Politely request a deadline for him to act upon it. Also let him know that you have a baby and that you're concerned about the roaches, poison, etc.
I wish you well with it.

All of the flats need to be treated at the same time by an exterminator. I went through this problem in a building I lived in. When all the renters finally decided on one day to treat, the guy found a huge nest under one of the refrigerators. Said it was at least 15 years old.

I got some stuff from the local supermarket. You spray it around outside your place, especially around the window frames and door jams. It says it will keep things away for about 3 months. try that

Clean your place top to bottom, make sure that you don't leave any dirty dishes in the sink and cover the pet foods at night. Don't leave any water standing. Don't leave anything out for them to eat on and they will leave. My in-laws did this and they were gone within a week.

For a natural approach, try this:
Catnip
My friend tried it and it works!! And you don't have to worry about spreading poison all over the place.
Or you can always try "Pest Repeller Ultimate AT®" which you plug in into your wall to repel roaches and other insects. Again, you wouldn't have to worry about poison.

That sucks! You are going to have to speak to the owner, when it gets that bad they will have to bomb the building. If you only do something to your place..they will come back. The roaches will keep going from one place to another. This isn't something that you alone can handle.

Covering the building and fogging them is the best bet if the whole building is effected , personally , I would move for the sake of my child...
