Can anyone explain Care Credit for Vets? What is it & how does it work?

It's a great tool for those who can't afford one large medical bill, although I just use a seperate savings account dedicated to veterinary expenses.

It's a credit card with a very high interest rate...around 23%. They usually give a promotion of 90 days 0 APR for a bill over 300.00.
