Circa 1890's house with old hat hooks have...?
There are several closets in our house with hat/coat hooks that have the Inital "c" in an embossed fashion. These hooks are in all bedrooms (3) and a down stairs closet. There is also a dairy barn that has rooms above and both these closets have these hooks the the inital "c". Could it be the family name or just simply "C" for coat..... I can't find anything that matches this on the internet. Thanks for all comments.

The C could be the company that made the hooks. I'm sure there is a collector some place that could tell you
