how do you cancel an order with lipozene...?

i made an order 4 something 4 my mom, well it was way over what i can afford with shipping so i cancelled it. i looked at my balance on my debit card, they charged me! and i keep trying to cancel my order and they keep hanging up on me! how do i cancel my order? please help! btw its lipozene and no wise cracks about diet pills.

call again.. ask for the name of who you're talking to.. explain ur situation.. if they hang up call back and ask to speak to their manager and that you're very disappointed blah blah.. 

make them feel bad for treating you like crap and having bad customer service.. 
if that doesn't work.. call BBB

BTW post this in business with a similar ?.. like.. "lipozene won't cancel order and took money.. wht to do?" or something like that..
im sure you'll get some good advice there

I would like to cancel my order for Lipozene also but I can't ever get anyone the talk to me on the phone.
They just keep sending them an I have about 8 bottles that I can't use because my dr.told me not to take them and he said they were no good anyway.But I have heart diease and can't take them.wil I have to get a lawer to get them to stop sending them and charging to my credit card.And maybe take back the ones they have sent that have not been opened.

Find out directly from the bride herself..I would want to know what is going on with the wedding before cancelling the order of the bridesmaid dress. You could keep it for awhile and resale it if necessary.
