Yes an Xbox 360 does has 3 USB 2.0 ports, and a ethernet port. You can use the hard drive to store photos and music also but you have to put them on there via a flash drive or burnt CD or any regular cd's.

Xbox 360 has both USB and Ethernet port. Not sure about the last part though

You can store pictures and I think videos from the psp to your xbox, but I'd get an alternative to that for backing storage.

there are two usb ports on the front, you can view picture and play music from them using the media settings on dashboard. you can also play divx movies straight from your memory stick with a free download off x-box live
