Immort? I do understand your point? So, then where do the innocent go?
I located the birth certicate of the guy who claimes to be the 'administrator' of my dad's estate. He lied about the value of the estate. His name, and more. I know the reason he under-valued the estate is because he did not want the court looking into the whole matter, and then into going to probate. I want nothing more than it going to the courts!! Yes, you should speak no more. Either you go to court, or you don't. If you don't, don't speak.
The probate judge will HAVE to approve the value of the estate, before it is disbursed.
