If a parolee is for the prosecution--what do I need to do tobring this out in court?

I understand this is all general information, which is much appreciated. The felon was the one of three that broke into my father's home, stole and distroyed any and all documents--which I have proof of.

If you have a lawyer ask to talk to the prosecutor. But be careful Stuff like this is a double edge sword so to speak. If you don't have a lawyer request permission from the judge handling the case or one of head enforcement officers or even a parole officer of the facility where you are. If nothing else write the prosecutor and let him know you have proof of this I'm sure he'll contact you. I'm sorry about your situation and what happened to your fathers home. God speed.

If the parolee is for the prosecution, that means he agrees with the prosecutor. There's no arguement. Nothing to do.

If you want something brought out in court, you hire a lawyer, and sue the person over whatever it is you want brought out.

And "documents" are "valued" at the cost of the paper, NOT the cost to reconstruct, most of the time. Just an FYI.

I am confused by your question. Are you saying that the person testifying on behalf of the prosecution is on parole for a felony conviction. If that is what you are saying that happens all the time. It depends on the situation and if he was involved in the crime currently being prosecuted.
