The court stated I had to get (retrieve) legal aide. Besides the obviuous, why?
No matter whether you are for the people or the defense--why am I ordered to retain legal counsel? Remembering (and believing in me, I have done nothing wrong) I waited the amount of time DMV told me to do. I signed my name, and no one elses. I did what the bank told me to do, and I did it when they told me to do it. By writing you (who I know, most are doing their best to help) and asking you these ?s am I hurting my case? I do not feel that way, because I have acquired so much education from you very good hearted people.?? Should I stop asking? You have enlightened me to 470b, 1101b, and so much more (without asking for a dime) I am truely gratefull. Sincerely

I'm not sure anything about your case, but the court is not permitted to provide any legal advice to you including how to complete forms or file pleadings. Generally speaking, however, it is a very good idea to retain counsel if you have a case pending because lawyers are specially trained to navigate the judicial system and to develop the best arguments using law and rhetoric. When I worked as a paralegal, it was extremely frustrating working with pro se individuals as they had no clue about very basic things and I was not permitted to say anything to them.
You do not have the skills to communicate effectively (with the court and opposing counsel) and precisely what you need to, to get through all of the nuanced rules of the court (for example, in DC you must have pleadings 2 hole punched) or to develop a legal strategy and do adequate research.

Based on how you're writing your questions, the judge is probably doing it to protect you from yourself.
He's doing you a favor, even if you don't understand why.
Yes, I'd say you're hurting your case. Free advice is worth exactly what you pay for it - nothing.
