Alwin hat's ja beantwortet.

Aber wenn Deine 60 Dollar nun noch nicht mal 30 EUR sind, dann ist irgendwas faul. Denn der Dollar steht momentan bei ca. 0,62 (1 USD = 0,62 EUR). Frag' mal bei Deiner Bank nach, was da falsch gelaufen ist.
