The Model T was the first Ford and the 2nd mass produced car and the first car produced on a assembely belt.
The Model A was the 2nd Ford. It is the newer version of the Model T and it is bigger.

Ford started with the Model A and worked through the alphabet to T (there may have been models up to Z but my knowledge in this is fuzzy).
But in 1932 Ford introduced the "Flat Head V-8" and called this model A also.
So I guess I have a counter question-
Which model A are you talking about?
