why do i get hot when i sleep?
it doesn't matter if i'm covered with a blanket or not( i sleep naked sorry tmi)... when i sleep at night my skin gets hot to the touch, head to toe... not sweaty like hot flashes...just really warm... i'm 24 and i've done it as long as i can remember...

. You sleep naked Because you get hot. Makes sence.
And you get hot because your metabolism is a little screwed up. Instead of slowing down like most of us, you just keep on pumping. Maybe your heart is more effecient than most.
You only feel the 'heat' because you're not moving like you do while you're awake so the heat just kind of sits there, on TOP of you.
That must use up extra calories so you won't get fat. Not to worry.

maybe ur dreams were makin u too hot gurl haha thats wat i think... i get like that too when my dream feels hot or warm either way when i wake up i sweat just a little and i live in alaska too right now its still winter up here... or maybe u drink a lot of water and it just needed to be let out becuz thats wat happens sometimes
