has anyone been to west texas? if so, what do you think of it out there?

    I like it a lot. It's like nowhere else. Desert like with mountains

    and vast,VAST areas of nothing. Especially between El Paso and Midland-Odessa. But really friendly people if you'll get off the interstate and get on some of the FM roads.

    Miles and miles of nothing!! Some places, you can't even pick up a radio station (except satellite).
