Is "Racist" your favorite word ??????
Everytime i am on YA-US, i constantly see the word racist ...racist here, racist there....it is so overused!!!.
I don't see that nearly as much on the European YA (except for GB).. some peopel just want to ask a simple question and you have nothing better to say than RACIST all the time. I realy see it soo much...Can't peopel have their own opinion. What about freedom of speech.
Cut it out!!! Unless it is realy a bad question, but then i would just go and ignore it....
and btw. please don't give me the racist answer or the go back to Europe answer, i am also US citizen who lives in Europe...ok?

It's funny how we're supposed to be very 'racially sensitive' in the US. I think by being 'racially sensitive', we've gone too far and we're always tiptoeing around race. I think we need to forget about race and just treat people as people and call B.S. as B.S.
Honestly, b.s. committed by a black, asian, or white person is still b.s. It doesn't mean if a black or asian person commits b.s., because of their race, the act is no longer considered b.s. That's called reverse discrimination.
Anyway... that's my two cents.

Racists are a big problem everywhere and I am guessing that your answers may not be appropriate all the time. I feel that it is good that the YA community is taking a stand against people that are racists and letting them maybe see the error of their ways! People are people and they should all be treated the same. If someone steals from me I want them in jail no matter what color they are!

Racist isn't my favorite word either. But people need something to blame in life. So I tend to just keep my mouth shut. There is no point in arguing with ignorance.
