Are you aware of Peace vision of Islam in Chennai India?

Its good such conferences are held.

I visited the conference on saturday and sunday.

However I was disappointed, the person Yusuf who was speaking about 'Proof Of God' didn't get his facts right, he seem to be using hairsplitting and negation to prove and worst of all he said 'Muslims in India invented Zero'.

Then on sunday during the interfaith dialogue the speaker said there were more women compared to men and hence men can marry four women, when in India the proportion of male is higher than women. He also was not able to negate satisfactorily as to why God is not manifest in his creation and instead said God lived at a seperate place outside his creation.

It is a remarkable event organised by leading Islamic organisations of India. All international Islamic Scholars like Bilal Philip, dr.Zakir Naik, Yusuf Islam and so many others are speaking in this conference. Such events should be organised in Europe and USA to erase the wrong impression created by the western media during last few decades. All muslims should set aside their differences and gather under one umbrella, Shahadah & Sunnah.

All such conferences and exhibitions are a sham.

If you really want to prove that Islam is a religion of 'peace'

It should not be mere words

but acts and actions

that should do the talking

Are u sure that Islam really stands for peace. Then why this much blood shed and destruction from the very beginning of Islamic history?

I would say that I've met several nice muslim

individuals. However, the Quran which is the

manual for the muslim religion,

commands that muslims kill

all so-called "infidels" which are non-Muslims.

The Quran commands that all jews

and Christians be killed.

It's my understanding that

the most Muslim nation on earth, Saudi Arabia

has a law that forbids any jew from setting foot

on their countries' soil under penalty of death.

Brother I love many Muslims very much.

But particularly I hate Zakir Naik's speeches, he is spreading harted and supports Osama Bind Laden. How is this speech about Osama good for the world?

No use of them unless and until they develop a sense of tolerance towards other religions and vehemently condemn the Muslim terrorists and stop giving aids and fecilities to them on the grounds of religion.

It is a good beginning, the voice of reason has to win over the loud shouting of Paki terrorists.
