Unfortunately, even if he does get caught, they won't give him any more of a suspension than last year.
It's "good for the sport" which really means the ratings go up when a guy like Johnson or Gordon are dominating.
He may get a harsher penalty this time around, but you have to believe Hendrick cars are bending the rules to the extreme every race...

I think if hes nailed this year they suspend him for the season so......
I dont think he'll risk it.
