Hi, Punky. Taking a cab from Ezeiza airport (Pistarini) to Puerto Madero it takes approx 40 minutes or maybe less because the whole trip is by highway (cost should be approx arg$70...) . You're right! It is not rush hour at such time and there is no many people in Buenos Aires at this season (holiday season).
