I doubt it, seeing as how there was a big deal made last year about the world's first "ladyboy" air hostess (on PB Air):

I don't think so, I live in Thailand and fly Thai Airways often, if there are what they call ladyboy or katoey flight attendants, I've never seen one, and from my experience living in Thailand, even the prettiest one's are fairly easy to spot. Also, while Thai's aren't the tallest people around, there are plenty of women that qualify for the height requirement, and they can always hire male flight attendants, too.
