What Brands are there that you used to like but don't use now/could do with a make over?
I have to do a presentaion on Brand image. Which Brand need updating? What Brands have you heard about but never see on TV/advertised yet are still well know? Who needs a new image? whave you ever stopped using a brand for image reasons?
This can apply to clothes stores, cars, makeup, jewellery, eletricals. Thankyou

Examples with cars:
GM used to mean more. Now they have backed down to such brands as Toyota and KIA.
In general, luxury status symbols are not advertised on TV - never seen a Lamborghini ad on TV.
... stopped using brand for image reasons - example with musicians (i'm sure you can think of few celebrities). Here is example of 90ties: Milly Vanilli used to be famous (quote from wikipedia: "... their success turned to infamy when their Grammy was revoked after it was revealed that the lead vocalists did not actually sing on the record.")
