Alabama fears the costs for compensation??
If Alabama courts believe that Thomas D. Arther is really guilty, why they don't allow the DNA-Testing???? Are they afraid that they have to face compensation payments for a lot of years that this man was innocent in death row? If not, there is no reason not to allow the testing.

After the last stay, there is now another execution date on the 6th of december 2007. Still without testing the DNA.
