I was in discussion with a good friend of mine (Indian National) about your quesstion and it seems the best place to get Indian or other chinese herbal or natural medicines is the internet. The reason being is that all medicines in the UAE are regulated and not that much of traditional herbal medicines are sold over the counter - at least that we know of.

For a simple ROGAN BADAM (ALMOND) OIL, which is widely used for muscle local application relaxant - it is a struggle to find it in the UAE and normally the brand BAIDYANATH LAL TEL (OIL) is not available.
