How can you get rid of install-block software on your computer when it has a password on it?

Wow... you mean that the install block program is doing what it is supposed to do? You don't want it to do what it is supposed to do?
I am guessing that the fact that an install block program is on your system is an indication that the owner of the system (I am guessing that is not you) does not want people (such as you) loading software on the computer.
My recommendation:
Option 1; Ask the owner nicely to key in the password.
Option 2; Don't load software on a system that is set to not allow you to load software.
