Do you know the "condition" of a person fabricating stories for his own benefits?

Ritchie is a sociopath. I just recently finished dealing with one of these types. They lie and manipulate in order to evoke sympathy or praise from other people. One of their goals is to isolate and emotionally extort a victim. Via background checks, a Freedom of Information Act request, and an informant within an HR department of a company, the fictitious past of the person with whom I dealt (grandma's ex-husband) was completely demolished.

I'm confused. "Arnold had an affair with Ritchie but it was only hugs and kisses." Dude, an affair is when they had monkey sex in the living room while you're taking a shower not hugs and kisses.

Although Ritchie does sound like he is bipolar, I suggest that you all get your med levels checked. You all seem to be having trouble dealing with reality.

Compulsive liar - Muench syndrom is when you make your self physically ill - Muench by proxy is when you make someone else physically ill to get others sympathy...so neither would apply. Ritchie is probably just a jack*** but Archie and Arnold should ask themselves - not how Richie could mingle with normal people - but how they could allow themselves to befriend someone like that and cheat on each other - which is lying and quite frankly makes them just as bad as him

Ritchie just seems depressed due to the reasons you mentioned, and his behaviour is reflecting that.

EDIT: To the dude above, Munchhausen's syndrome is the condition where the sufferer makes themselves sick on purpose in order to gain attention.

i'm undecided what you recommend. The universe is a few thing purpose, so this is one and the comparable. we don't "fabricate" something yet in terms of adventure, diverse opportunities mean diverse universes. yet we are conversing a limiteless extensive type here, no longer purely 2. i don't get the shadow area: are you metaphorically conversing of your relation with the fairly universe? then you deduce from parallel universes that one in each of your parallels shouldn't in any respect die. i do no longer see why which could be so. you could purely have an immortal parallel in the adventure that your parallel seeks to realize immortality. in any different case your parallel self is doomed. such as you, he's purely human.

Ritchie is a dirt bag. You write lovely prose. It's refreshing.
