Contact the doctor if you are worried. I seriously doubt there is anything to worry about.

It was probably your hip joints - during pregnancy your body releases a hormone that fills your joints with fluid - so that your pelvis can spread at delivery time and make the most amount of room for baby to be born.
I find that when I get up out of bed, occasionally I get a crack it is my leg slipping fully back into the hip joint
Check with your doctor to be sure you haven't injured yourself or some other such thing somehow
I guarantee it was not the baby you heard popping - they are surrounded by amniotic fluid and they do not have enough room in there at any point in your pregnancy to stretch out so much that they could or would pop a bone or a joint
Good luck

i heard something that i thought was for sure the baby pop once and i called the dr and she said it was more than likely just the muscles and ligaments in my belly and i just didnt feel it. Your baby still has plenty of room to move around in. Go ahead and call your dr. i find that doing that helps put my mind at ease.

I don't think it was him cracking. I did hear something similar with my first one, but it was when my water broke. It was like a popping sound. I'd call the doc.

Was probably something else, your own ligaments are stretching so it was probably actually you. Might have also been a bubble in the amniotic fluid, this happens too.
