That is definitely a legit site. I've taken a few of their courses, myself. I highly suggest it to all!!!

CNET has been around forever and they are very reputable with a long history.
On the other hand, those "classes" look more like "tips and tricks" for doing various things on your computer. They aren't computer science courses.
