THIS WORKS 100%.....years ago i worked in burgerking..macdonalds....there are always foreigners there. and she will get a job there. she will probably start in the kitchen and then move on to tills. because its fast paced she laern to describe things quickly and learn from colleagues as well. in months she will realise its not how good your english is but to get the point across and that way she will gain confidence when she meets loads of people with the same problem.

Assembly work, cashier if she can make change well, maid (doesn't sound like fun, but I hear they make decent money), cook (if she knows how), server at a Thai restaurant (it is expected that the servers will be "authentic" and may not know English well).

On a sensible note, I'd suggest getting her English up to standard then she'd have a great deal of opportunity for employment.
