What is the most recent netscape version with a decent webpage editor?
I like editing my webpages with netscapes editor but I normally have to download several versions of it before I find one that can edit webpages. I only want to add one this time.

No version of Netscape has ever had a 'decent' web page editor.
That component was spun off into a standalone program ( http://www.nvu.com/ ) a few years ago. Its still not something I'd touch with a 10ft barge pole though.
