i want to know if any of you know where to get a straight perm.?

My first suggestion to you would be "Don't do it." I had it done by a women who had been doing hair professionally for over 20 years and was very experienced as far as doing curly perms and coloring. My hair looked like crap. It took forever to dry and when I did get it dry it was straight, but there were fuzzy little frizzy pieces everywhere.

Now, if you still want to get this done, I would suggest going to a well-respected and well-established salon, not a beauty school or a person who hasn't been in beauty school before. I'm not sure where you're at, but definitely ask the stylists if they've straightened hair before and if they would do yours. My sister is a stylist and I know she would never do anything like that to my hair (because she saw the end result) but not everyone's hair is as curly as mine.

Its called "relaxing" the hair, and most salons do this just like they do perms. Just ask your stylist.
