Where do i get an investor for my new business Venture?

I am planning to start a consulting firm which would be a KPO, BPO and IT consulting. I have got great plans and looking for funds to start off my venture. It can be Business Partners, Venture Caitalists or Individual investors. Can anybody tell me how i should go about it?
