Sharp pain, exhausted, nausea, dizziness. What am I suffering from?

I'm a 19 year old female. Up until 12 months ago I was very healthy. I don't drink, smoke or take drugs. 12 months ago I started to feel exhausted despite sleeping at least 10 hrs and often very sick. The doctor did a lot of bloodwork and found nothing wrong only anemia. I took iron tablets and according to bloodwork i stopped having anemia 11 months ago. But the symptoms persist and new ones too. I often have sore throat, muscle ache, and dizziness. The worst is sharp pains all over my body that seem unrelated and i have them everyday. They can occur anywhere in fingers, legs, chest but usually head. The doctors have drawn a blank and i have seen a hospital specialist who listened to my heart etc and i have had lots of bloodwork.

This is a last resort for me as this illness is taking over my life and everytime i go to the dr he doesnt help. I am worried it is something serious. Please help. Thanks.

NB I have not been out of the country in the last year and I am not on birth control.

    It sounds like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Look it up on Webmd.com and see if you have parallel symptoms. CFS can be hard to diagnose.

    I honestly don't think that anyone here can help you. I couldn't begin to speculate without complete test results of everything you've had done so far and consult reports from the physicians who've examined you. Have you traveled out of the country in the past 12 to 14 months?

    Have your doctors asked you if you have been recently exposed to any ticks? Could be lime desease.
