I have been told Colgate Total and Crest Complete has the most significant breakthroughs in tooth paste ever. All other tooth paste is mainly breath deoderant and smooshes off gunk with some floride added, where the other two I mentioned actually does some amazing things for teeth and gums. Never use a toothpaste with baking soda in it as it actually damages enamel. Sonic Care and Oral-B electric tooth brushes are the best tooth brushes on the market according to research. Manual tooth brushes must only be soft bristles never hard or medium as it damges gums and enamel.

Crest Herbal Mint Whitening. Yes it works, combined with Listerine Pre-Brush Whitening Rinse.

Colgate or ultrabrite

i dont see a difference in the whitening ones

Aim w/ whitening. I don't know how well it really whitens but, I like the taste. Can't do Crest or Colgate, those are nasty to me.

I use Colgate Total with Whitening. I think it works pretty good for me, because my teeth are pretty white now.

Crest...It's mint...I think that toothpastes with whitening will help, but I think that you have to use other products to get Chiklet white teeth...
