I hope so! I agree with Tabatha's points. Put simply, would you trust Iran with nukes or Israel? I think the world community would agree that Iran would use them aggressively for their own gain, while Israel, which hasn't ever acknowledged that they have nuclear capability, would only use them in a self-defense occurrence. Iran cannot be trusted.

Isreal has had the capability for nuclear weapons since thier formation in 47. Iran clearly has not demonstrated and sense of responsibility for such a weapon,. Isreal is surrounded by enemies, the chief of which, Iran has called for the destruction of Isreal. Iran is sitting on millions of barrels of some of the best crude oil in the world, they clearly do not need a nuclear energy program. Iran is a danger to the world and especially Isreal. Don't you think is't a danger to let a country have nulcear weapons who have had conferences stating that the Holocost did not exist, and statements like "imagine a world without the United States and Isreal"

Firstly, it's never been determined whether or not Israel actually has nuclear weapons; she may say she does and who can blame her, being surrounded by vast and wealthy Muslim countries dedicated to her destruction?!

Secondly, unlike Iran, Israel is not run by a total fanatic who publicly vows to attack and slaughter the innocent citizens of other nations. Iran's leader is a total meglamaniac, as anyone who has seen and heard him ranting and raving will agree.

Even if Israel does possess nuclear weapons, she's a democratic country and the whole world KNOWS that she would never use these weapons. Would you feel confident saying the same of Iran?
