As long as you disclose they're used, there's no reason you shouldn't sell them! Whether you should donate instead is an entirely personal choice. Do you need the $ now (you probably won't get much for 1 used outfit) or could you use a tax deduction later (and feel good that you are helping someone else).

If you have a family member or friend definitely give it to them. I think that selling baby items is acceptable. Their are many parents who cannot afford to buy everything new.

There are numerous Freecycle groups on Yahoo Groups, perhaps you could locate one in your area and give the clothes to someone who really needs them?

go ahead and sell them.ones who gave them toyou would understand.but if would make you feel better take money you got from clothes and buy more baby can wear.
