I must say that it is hard to do it through the Internet. It would be much easier to do it in person. But since the situation is like that, you have to be really impressive. Think of something that she would love you to do and try doing it for her, and that is very well prepared terrain for some serious talk about how much she means to you and how much you love her. Be yourself, do not pretend, and just let it go. She must believe it. Of course, be very careful the next few days not to blow it - that is the most sensitive period, because you have to prove that the things you have said are true every day from the day you sad it.

Go somewhere private and very relaxing. Start a normal convo as you would normaly. Then gradually bring up relationship topic. Make it a positive view on relationships. Then mention how many guys dont get the chance to say they love someone. Look her in the eyes and move closer. Hold her hands and keep a STRAIGHT FACE.....say "i want you to know im not like the other guys....im not afriad to let you know i want to be with you forever...becaise I really do love you".......wow youd win her instantly. is that all you wana know mate!? shes a lucky girl :)

Why would not she believe you? Have you done something awful that hinders her to truly believe that you love her with all your heart?

When she's not expecting it, then say the damn thing. Words can be useless sometimes, maybe do something romantic, something that she'll think you did this for her...

Get her a piece of jewelery that has the words I love you engraved in it. Take her out to dinner and give it to her...if she feels the same way about you that you feel about her...have a happy life with her!

why don't you give her something of yours that you really treasure that she can keep for you? then she'll trust that you love her and won't leave her, and you're showing her you love and trust her enough to keep whatever it is you give her
