employer moving?
My employer is moving locations. Does anybody know what rights the employee has or the what expectations of the employer are.
They are moving location from East to West.
Commuting issues will result bigtime.If i were quit my position would i be in the right?

Separation pay must be paid to you for the transfer of your employer to another place. The payment must be one month pay for every year of service that you worked for the employer under the applicable provisions of the Labor Law.

If you were to quit your job you could possibly collect Un-Employment. I believe if the employer moves over 50 miles out of your jurisdiction you should be eligible.
