hi i had a c-sec 12 months ago and i would like to consieve a baby but i am struggleing to know when i ovulate

I had my third son (my fifth pregnancy) in August 2004 by third c-section. He wasn't even 3 months when I concieved again with my daughter. She was born 7 weeks premature (4th c-section) (33 weeks) and they are 11 months apart. I think people (not talking about your situation) who just had c-sections need to give their bodies more time to recover after major surgery to lessen the risk of complications with the next pregnancy. My daughter spent 3 weeks in the special care nursery before coming home and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do leaving her behind especially when I brought all my other kids home. Just to be safe though, your uterus doesn't fully recover from a c-section until 18 months. But who am I to say anything I had one 12 months as well and am TTC also. Good luck!
